On the top floor of the Chocolate Factory you can find womenswear designer Edel Traynor. The clothing label developed from the desire to create contemporary every day wear that is made to last.

Our focus is to supply an alternative to fast fashion and an alternative to buying huge quantities of everyday, throwaway clothes. Investing in key pieces can transform not only wardrobes but the relationship with one’s clothes.

Our style is every day wear, with minimal effort. Using the finest fabrics, the garments are to be worn with ease and, importantly, washed with ease. Clean lines and minimal forms are made with detail, design and quality at the utmost priority. All our pieces are handcrafted in Ireland; with the start of the design process and the end results all happening in our studio on the top floor of the Chocolate Factory in Dublin

Originally studying architecture, Edel Traynor went on to study Fashion Design and graduated from Grafton Academy in 2013. Setting up the label in 2015, Edel Traynor has gone on to win Future Maker of the year 2016.

Our clothes have popped up in Tatler, The Gloss Magazine, Totally Dublin, Life Magazine, theprowlster.com, Sunday Business Post amongst others.
