The original Williams & Woods building on King's Inn Street in Dublin City Centre is where it all began - it’s now home to The Chocolate Factory shared creative space.
Once manufacturing various sweet treats including Toblerone and Mint Crisp, this industrial building now houses an eclectic mix of small businesses and individuals in creative sectors including art, design, music, photography, up-cycling, illustration, graphics, events, and small batch food & drink production.
The incredible transformation and re-invention of Dublin's first concrete building into a creative and collaborative space continues today, with constant improvements and additions to the building.

Chocolate Factory locations house a collection of creative residents with specialities in a variety of disciplines including urban art, up-cycling, fashion photography, product design, fine art illustration, horticulture , fine jewellery, felt crafts, events, music, martial arts and many many more.
Our diverse creative community brings the best of so many areas into one place fusing ideas with skill-sets and creating an environment buzzing with fun and activity.

Opened in 2014, Blas serves great, seasonal food on the ground floor of Dublin's first ever concrete building and provides a comfortable and inspirational environment to hang out with friends, brainstorm ideas, meet clients to kick off your next big project or just enjoy a tasty coffee and our special of the day.
